WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays, and are shipped within 1-3 working days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
You have 14 days upon receiving your shipment to return items purchased on sancxion.com. Return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received is faulty, returns must be authorised and processed with an authorised return number. Item(s) must be in new, unused condition with the original tags still attached.
To request a return, please contact us below.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for Sancxion products not purchased from sancxion.com. For purchases from third-party retailers, please contact the retailer for information on their return policy.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
sancxion.com does not offer exchanges.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes. However, cancellation requests are not guaranteed. During peak periods and on orders placed over the weekend, cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us below as soon as possible.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?
Every order is subject to review. Your order will have been fully accepted once you receive a shipping confirmation email confirming dispatch of your item/s.
HOW DO I KNOW THE ITEM WILL FIT?
Each product page includes a Size Guide. Measurements are provided in centimetres, unless otherwise specified. Our Customer Support team is always available to answer any questions regarding measurements and fitting.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN YOU'RE RELEASING NEW STYLES?

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER I'VE PLACED IT?
We will do our best to accommodate any changes that you may require after you've placed your order. However, this is not guaranteed. By completing your purchase, you agree to our Terms of Use.
MY ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
Please allow 2-3 working days for processing. Refunds are issued on business days only.
TRACKING STATES MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED. WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT?
Please allow 48 hours after the stated delivery time for the order to arrive. If your package has still not been delivered, contact us below for assistance.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT A REPLY AFTER I MAKE CONTACT?
Our team is available Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM GMT, excluding weekends and major holidays. Please allow 24 hours for a response. Response times may be delayed during peak periods.
MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED TO SENDER, WHAT HAPPENS NOW?
Once the package has been received and inspected at our facility, we will process your refund. We do not re-ship orders
I ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS, HOW CAN I UPDATE IT?
Address updates can be requested but are not guaranteed. We strongly recommend double-checking your information before submitting your order. By completing your purchase, you agree to our Terms of Use.
I PLACED MULTIPLE ORDERS, CAN I COMBINE THEM?
Once your order is placed, we are unable to combine shipments for multiple orders.
I DIDN'T RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER, WHEN SHOULD I RECEIVE IT?
A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped. Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be processed.
I RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER BUT THE SHIPMENT HASN'T MOVED?
Tracking numbers are generated when your shipping label is created. Please allow 1-3 total working days for tracking updates to appear.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please contact us below within 48 hours of delivery. Include detailed images of the damaged product/s and the packing/invoice slip. Our team will investigate the issue and respond with a resolution.
THE PRODUCT DELIVERED IS NOT IDENTICAL TO THE WEBSITE?
We have thoroughly reviewed our photography, descriptions, and details to ensure accuracy. Note that slight variations in measurements, colour and texture may occur.
AN ITEM IS SOLD OUT, WHEN WILL IT BE AVAILABLE AGAIN?
Sancxion.com displays real time-inventory. If an item is not available on our website, it is no longer in stock. Sign up for our newsletter to receive updates on new releases, special offers, and product news (including re-stocks).
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES SANCXION.COM ACCEPT?
Sancxion.com accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Other payment methods, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna may also be available depending on your region.
I WAS GIFTED A SANCXION.COM GIFT, CAN I RETURN IT?
To return a product and purchase a different item, you will need to contact the original purchaser. We do not offer exchanges.
MY ORDER IS A GIFT, DO YOU INCLUDE PRICES IN THE PACKAGE?
We do not include prices on our packing slips.
CAN I GET SOME STICKERS & COASTERS?
Stickers & Coasters are provided in online orders, but are not guaranteed as they are provided based on availability.
