Order Processing

Orders placed on sancxion.com are handled Monday through Friday and are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details. All orders are sent from within the United Kingdom.

Please note that requests to cancel or modify orders — including address changes — are not guaranteed. During high-volume periods or for weekend orders, we may not be able to accommodate such changes.

UK Delivery Options

We provide the following shipping choices for customers located within the UK:

  • Standard Delivery (2–3 business days): £5
  • Express Delivery (1–2 business days): £8
  • Free standard delivery on orders over £150

All prices at checkout include applicable customs duties and VAT where relevant.

Selecting Express Shipping does not shorten order processing times. Your items will still be shipped after standard processing is complete.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to return items ordered from sancxion.com.

All returns must be initiated through our Returns Portal. Please retain your Royal Mail return receipt as proof of postage.

Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and have all tags attached.

Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
  • We only accept returns for purchases made directly from sancxion.com.
  • Combined returns from multiple orders are not permitted. For help, contact support@sancxion.com.

Return Abuse Policy

Repeated returns or unusual return behavior may trigger a flag in our system. If we detect misuse of our returns policy, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse future orders or returns. We encourage you to review our Terms of Service.

  • A £6 return label fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order for a full refund and place a new order for your preferred product.
